Stand building permits
We would like to point out that all booths, exceeding a construction height of 2.50 m, require a stand building permit. Please find further information on stand construction regulations as well as all stand constructions, requiring a building permit, in the technical guidelines at www.turnmilltec.com. We would kindly ask you to hand in all permit documents by October 06, 2010 at the latest to technik@demat.com. The permit documents for two-storey stand constructions need to be submitted by September 15, 2010 at the latest.
Setup of machines / Stand assembly
In order to prevent any inconvenience, the delivery of special, large or heavy exhibits (e.g. machines exceeding 3 tons) should be executed by November 23, 2010 at the latest. Up to this specific date, the aisles are clear and your stand is easily accessible. It is still possible to deliver your exhibits to a later date. However, this may cause further logistic service and considerable additional costs for you.
