Choose your hotel from the enclosed turn&milltec hotel list, note the e-mail address fill in and sign the enclosed hotelbooking form, scan it and mail it directly to the hotel reservation department. Only by mentioning the codeword “EUDEM08” the favourable booking price for your hotelrooms will be applied automatically.
The booking order can only be accepted together with your credit card details. When you receive the booking confirmation from the hotel, please take note of their cancelation terms.
Furthermore we have to draw your attention to the fact that our hotel allotment is limited. Therefore please book your hotelrooms as early as possible. If the hotel contingent is exhausted, you have no right to receive the special rate anymore.
